Hey Alex
This has never been one of my favorite CC songs in general, but holy fuck.... how in the HELL did you accomplish that ultra-fucked up bass riff???? I'm literally still in constant awe that you were able to do that, 3 years later! I looked at a tab and I'm scared to try it... least on my bass. Gotta get a new one, I have a feeling mine's a piece of shit, ha ha.
Either way, great line from you. I personally think it might be your most complex!
By the way, I can not stress enough how awesome it is that you and the other Cannibals brought back "Scattered Remains, Splattered Brains." LOVE that fuckin' song!!! It's one of the few Cannibal tunes I can play, ha ha... hope all's well Alex! _________________ "I'm almost human, can't help feeling strange" |

Thanks for the kind words, glad you like the bass line in that song! It's really just tapping using the notes from the guitar part. It probably sounds a little harder than it actually is because the part is in 9. For anyone reading who has not seen the tab for this part here is a link:

Glad you liked hearing "Scattered" live again! We'll try to bring more obscure old tunes back from time to time. It's fun to play those songs again!
Thanks,
Alex |
